These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.
- Services Provided JK Solutions of SWFL LLC offers remodeling and handyman services, as well as cleaning services (Airbnb’s and residential).
- Estimates and Quotes: All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges.
- A deposit or materials check is required upon acceptance of the quote or remodeling service.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project or cleaning services.
- Payments can be made via Zelle, Venmo, or check.
- The project start date and completion date will be agreed upon in writing.
- Any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
- Provide access to the property during agreed working hours.
- Ensure all personal belongings are removed from the work area.
- We are not liable for any damages caused by third-party contractors, pre-existing conditions, or hurricane and flooding damages.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice.
- Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Charlotte County, Florida.
