Services
JK Home Solutions provides professional home improvement, remodeling, handyman, and residential cleaning services throughout Southwest Florida.
Estimates
All estimates are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated and are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Changes to the project scope may result in revised pricing or additional charges, which will be discussed and approved before work begins.
Deposits & Payment
A deposit or materials payment may be required before work begins on remodeling or home improvement projects. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due upon completion of services.

Scheduling
Project dates are scheduled based on availability. While every effort is made to complete work on time, schedules may change due to weather, material availability, unforeseen site conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Cleaning Services
Residential and vacation rental cleaning services should be scheduled in advance whenever possible. If additional cleaning beyond the original scope is requested, additional charges may apply. Cleaning appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Warranty
JK Home Solutions stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to products and materials when applicable. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, damage caused by third parties, or damage resulting from severe weather or natural disasters.
Limitation of Liability
JK Home Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden structural issues, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellations
Either party may cancel scheduled work by providing reasonable notice. Customers remain responsible for payment of completed work, approved materials purchased specifically for the project, and any non-refundable expenses already incurred. Cleaning appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
